I recently used Peter Green of Laing and Simmons, Miranda to sell my mother's unit at Miranda as part of the process of moving her into a retirement home. I needed accurate advice on advertising strategy and offering price range.
I found Laing and Simmons, Miranda extreamly helpful throughout the sale process. From the early provision of information about comparable sales achieved, through to keeping me informed of inspections and achieving the sale. The service was always friendly and professional and the advice timely and accurate. Some minor maintenance needed attending to prior to offering the property for inspection and this was arranged promptly for me at at a reasonable cost. A purchaser was secured reasonably quickly and at a price at the midpoint of the range indicated by the agency as achievable.
I have used many other agents over the years to sell property and have often found the level of service diminish after the property had been listed. However on this occassion, the level of service I was offered as a vendor by Laing and Simmons, Miranda was consistently of a high standard.
